08:00 | Departure from Larissa
We depart from Agios Vissarionos Square with destination Souroti, just 28 km. from Thessaloniki.

Holy Monastery of Saint John the Theologian – Tomb of Saint Paisios
We visit the Holy Hermitage, dedicated to Saint John the Theologian and Saint Arsenios the Cappadocian. The relics of Saint Arsenios are kept there and the tomb of Saint Paisios, who died on July 12, 1994, is located. The place is an important pilgrimage for thousands of believers every year.

Free time in Thessaloniki
Then, we move to Thessaloniki, where you have free time to enjoy your walk, visit attractions, have lunch or do your shopping in the city center.

17:30 | Departure & return to Larissa
In the afternoon we board the bus for our return to Larissa, where we are expected to arrive in the evening.

Important Note for the Holy Monastery:
Women's clothing: Long and wide skirt (below the knee), no pants, short skirts, sleeveless or backless.
Men's attire: No shorts, shorts or sleeveless shirts.
The monastery does NOT provide skirts or scarves.
