In the midst of a lush hill, a few minutes from the village of Omvriaki, stands the imposing historic monastery, which was restored with love and care.
Nun Makaria welcomes us with kindness and a traditional treat, while the tranquility of the space combined with the beauty of the landscape offer true peace.
Gorgopotamos – Symbol of Resistance
In the shadow of the historic bridge, the picturesque village of Gorgopotamos invites us to learn about its history, walk alongside the crystal clear waters of the river and visit the site of the legendary explosion.
Then, there is time for relaxation or an optional meal at one of the traditional taverns in the area.
Ypatis Baths – Natural Beauty & Relaxation
Our last stop, in a place of wellness and natural charm. Enjoy your coffee, take a leisurely walk or simply indulge in the tranquility that the area offers.
