Detailed Excursion Program:
Day 1 – December 24, 2024: Larisa – Pristina
Departure: At 06:30 from Agios Vissarionos Square.
Route: Via Evzoni with a stop at DUTY FREE. Cross the border and arrive in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, with its strong Balkan character.
Guided tours in Pristina:
Gracanica Monastery: An emblematic monument of Serbian Byzantine art, built in 1321 by King Stefano Miliutin.
Cathedral of Saint Mother Teresa and National Library of Kosovo
Mother Teresa Pedestrian Street with restaurants, cafes and local shops.
Arrival at SIRIUS HOTEL 4** and Christmas dinner.** Overnight stay.
Day 2 – December 25, 2024: Pristina – Prizren
Breakfast and departure for Prizren: The second largest city of Kosovo, built in the 11th century. Today, known for its industry and cultural heritage.
Tour of the city's monuments:
Visoki Dečani Monastery: Serbian monastery of the 14th century, built on the banks of the river Dečanska Bistrica, protected by UNESCO.
Time for lunch at a quaint riverside tavern.
Return to Pristina for Christmas walks and dinner. Overnight.
3rd Day – December 26, 2024: Pristina – Larisa
Breakfast and visit to Gadima cave. The cave was discovered in 1966 and is a unique natural attraction with impressive formations.
Departure for Larissa with intermediate stops. Arrival in our city in the evening.
